Roxie grew up outside, camping, hiking, and making art, and holds a BFA from the Pacific Northwest College of Art. That creative grounding, paired with her love of the outdoors, still shapes how she sees and solves problems today.
Her career has carried her across nonprofit and for-profit spaces alike, but putting people and communities first has always been the priority. For two decades, she has helped organizations work smarter and navigate meaningful change, so they can focus on what matters most. Her favorite thing in the world is simple: supporting people, and helping them feel seen, heard, and valued.
You will usually find Roxie with her nose in a book or out on a long walk with her husband Mike, always stopping to notice the beautiful trees and plants along the way.
