Jess has worked in the advertising industry for nearly 25 years, spending five years in President roles at creative agencies like Wieden + Kennedy Portland and 72andSunny NY. In 2023, Jess pivoted her career towards executive coaching and consulting for creative organizations and entrepreneurs. She cares tremendously about helping creativity thrive both in business and in people’s lives- and is particularly passionate about nurturing children’s imagination, self esteem and self expression. Jess is a native Brooklynite, but has lived in Portland for over 15 years with her husband and two young children. She loves camping, writing, fantasy literature and gaming in all of its forms.
Few things are more important than giving children the ability to connect more deeply to their world and the people around them through play. Play keeps your imagination and inner light shining through, and bonds us all together with joy. It's a huge driver of self expression and confidence.
