Cailyn Grindy, Chair

Cailyn has spent her life in the great Pacific Northwest, having grown up in Camas, WA. Moving to Mount Hood after college, Cailyn is a lover of all things outdoors. She enjoys spending her free time hiking, snowboarding, biking, and spending time with her family and friends. Currently, Cailyn is working in Natural Resource Management for the U.S. Forest Service and hopes to build her career doing such.

Growing up with four rowdy brothers, play has always been a central part of my life and my development. Without the opportunity to play, my life would be vastly different. Every child deserves the opportunity to play, grow, and become a part of a community. I feel lucky to be a part of the Harper's Playground family, who promotes equity, inclusivity, and compassion.
