Born and raised in Eugene, OR and now residing in Portland, Bailey has also lived in Germany and the UK. Through exploring the Rose City and the world, she enjoys seeing how our buildings and environments shape and reflect different communities. As an architect in Portland, she works on projects at small and large scale to have an impact in making spaces better for all users.

You’re designing a diversity of ways to participate so that everyone has a sense of belonging.'
